Apart from the egg, the bunny is probably the most popular symbol for Easter. In this Video and in the written tutorial below, I’m showing you how to make a DIY felt Easter bunny.
You’ll need:
- Felt sheets, for example grey, pink and white
- scissors
- Needle and tread
- FREE Easter Bunny Template
- 2 seed beads
Cut out the bunny, flower and inner ear on template, and then cut out the felt using the templates. Sew the felt flower and the inner ear in place using the blanket stitch. Sew on the tail and blanket stitch around the entire bunny. Sew on the seed beads to create the eye and the center of the flower.
These felt Easter bunnies are perfect as an embellishment for Easter cards, appliques for clothes and bags, or simply as a gift or DIY Easter home decoration.
